Calculating how much time it would require to attain 100 pool:
Given a vampire of capacity X, you can gain X pool by playing Villein + Golconda. So the speed you'd gain pool would be equal to your influence. With 6 per turn, it means you gain 6 pool per turn.
It's 16.6 turn. Game will be already over.
Now, let's pretend you manage to play Liquidation + 3 Ashur each turn. Given there are only 12 Ashurs, you can do it 4 times and gain 6 more each turn for 4 turns.
It will take 13 turn (not counting the first turn of influence in fact) so the game has ended anyway.

It is acually a misprint, it is printed with "Week of Nightmare" as a name ^^
