[ACTION] Bleed at +1 bleed, with an additional +1 bleed if the Methuselah you are bleeding controls a titled vampire.
[pot][COMBAT] Strike: hand strike or use a melee weapon strike. This strike is at +1 damage; at +2 damage against a titled vampire.

The concept is interesting. I could see it being used in a bruise/ bleed or intercept combat deck. Not sure that the effects are strong enough to really bother with going anarch though.

Unless a whole suite of cards using aus pre pot or similar, then the card won't be particularly useful (since during each point in the action it is only usable at one of the disciplines).

It's versatile. Being able to reduce a bleed or bleed stronger depending on the situation is quite good I think.

@Auspex - An inferior Telepathic Counter with an additional requirement.
@Potence - Undead Strength at Inferior. Additional requirements to get a limited benefit.
@Presence - A computer hacking with a mild oppotunistic advantage with additional requirements, could also be a loose-cannon effect
