While we're at it:
What do you think?
EDIT: the colors may not look crisp due to a CMYK => RGB conversion.

It possibly depends which browser you're looking in. In Chrome, there are two images, shrunk-to-fit alongside each other. In Firefox, one image is full-size, cropped on the right-hand side, and presumably the second image has been pushed out the right-hand side.
So you might want to look at www.veknfrance.com/graphical_design/swallowed1-.jpg vs www.veknfrance.com/graphical_design/swallowed2.jpg where a dual card has been given a background that combines the background of one half of its nature with the other half.
having taken a closer look, one could argue that the transition is too broad. Try narrowing it a bit? I could show you what I mean if you can get me the original materials, assuming they're something different from the vcm.
Here's one of my other attempts, the left third of the card being the action modifier background, the right third of the card being combat, and the middle third being a gradient:
Here's the current gradient:
I'll try to improve this by making the gradient different at the top of the card (where it should cover the entire width of the card) and in the middle/bottom of the card (where it should expand from the marble strip to the right side of the card).

I always wondered why it's not implemented already. Great work!
