yes. in most card games, there's a Most Recent Printing rule where reprints are used to spread errata.

Do not trust printed cards, as they could: - no be up-to-date (Majesty does cost 1 blood, sorry Jyhad fan-boys) - be incorrect (latest print of Approximation of Loyalty reads "Only usable by a vampire of capacity 5 or more" when it should read "Only usable by a vampire of capacity 7 or more") - have been errated (Villein now only affects your own Minion Taps, not those of other players).

Do be clear the newest printed version of a card isn't necessarily correct text either due to changes [Villein/Psyche] or error in the reprint [Antionette duChamp/Imogen] so the card text link is best if you have any particular concerns around card text.
