Just a quickie:
If an ally is recruited (& moved to the uncontrolled region) can actions still be performed on the ally?
ie: after reading the rulebook, it states they're controlled but are moved to the uncontrolled region just to indicate that they cannot act that turn; possibly suggesting everything else is valid as if they were present in the controlled region.
eg: could ally X be recruited by vamp A, then vamp B play Bestow Vigour on X during that same turn?
Thankx in advance.

The ally is controlled but not ready ( [LSJ 20010713] ). It can be the target of cards that target a controlled ally (including Far Mastery), but can't be the target of cards / effects that target a ready ally (Red List, Abomination, ..)
