[Submission] Kaymakli

Name: Kaymakli Cardtype: Master Unique location. During your influence phase, you can remove a minion in your uncontrolled region from the game to gain 2 pool. Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

At the very worst this is a free "gain 1 pool" location (8 times or so). Comparable to Montreal (can be stolen) and Gang Territory (2 pool and only for !Bru). Kaymakli is needlessly strong for how cheap and risk-free it is. Even more so, it does not solve any problem (I can think of) and contribute to tables timing out. What was the idea behind the design? Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.
