A vampire has Enkil Cog and has 0 blood. At the end of another player's minion phase, Enkil Cog is tapped to give the vampire an out of turn action. Can that vampire with 0 blood bleed, or is it compelled to hunt (if it takes an action at all vis Enkil Cog)? Thanks!
