"Put this card on a vampire who's capacity is less than 10. This vampire's capacity is increased by 1."
The idea for this card is to buff up weenies fast and to give vamps a quicker way to increase capacity to benefit from other cards in the game that require a vampire to have a higher capacity. I think it would also have a nice synergy with Laibon vamps who have a lot of cards that buff hunting.

You mean:
Name: Abombwe
Cardtype: Master
Master: Discipline. Trifle.
Put this card on a Laibon or on a vampire with Protean [pro]. This vampire gains one level of Abombwe [abo]. Capacity increases by 1: the vampire is one generation older. Cannot be placed on a vampire with superior Abombwe [ABO].

Abo is the best skill card ever. Its the discipline with fewest unplayable cards (ummm... 2? Invome poison glands is obsolete before printed and unseen hibernation sucks too)
I had an11 cap deck that used saulot, fakir, hardestadt, eleimelich, so all but saulot could get it by playing, and i think LB allowed it to go on him anyway... never came up.
Unseen Hibernation reads "thwart a rush attempt" if playing high-caps. Not useless.
Invoke poison glands is an anti-ally (imbued) silver bullet by itself. If built around Oruns you get both heavy agg-damage with Devil Channel: Hands and anti:CE tech with Supernatural Resistance. Not unplayable in my book.
From those I have, probably Devil-Channel: Feet is the only "meh".
Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.

Forgot about feet. No exciting.
But Abo has a limited pool of decent cards, and Ive NEVER wanted Unseen hibernation over more preds communion, and never wanted poison glands over dc hands.
But, stealth/pool burn for burning minion is good, bleed pump with block fail for weenies is great, one blood younger vamp/nonwolf ally block fail is great, untap or intercept against vamps is great, +1 strength for whole combat with press is great, agg hands with a press is great, eat someone to bleed twice a turn with +1 bleed and +1 stealth is great, adsitional strike for no blood cost is good, which basically leaves taking the skin vulture as the only "could be cool, or could leave you wishing it was another preds communion" card not touched on.
Compare to necro, where the pool of cards is way bigger, and the playable cards list is about as big as ABOS not great list. Love it.
My gripe is ABO, SPI and VIC do so much of what protean should do, that if protean gets better stuff itll basically be copying text from staples from those disciplines. But, Akunanse dont have a good answer to SCE (well, rotchreck or freak drive and re-rush....) so i suppose its balanced.
On topic, skill cards are historically not great. A fetcher would help them, or LB coming back. But you tend to draw them when you dont need them, or all at once, or not at all. Gets old fast
