When will we get get to hear about this format?

The experiment I am conducting in France is about allowing proxies in events. All these "unsanctioned events" are mini qualifiers (only the winner qualifies) for the French Nationals. The winner doesn't qualify for the EC/NAC this way. [EDIT] In regular (standard constructed, national qualifiers, continental qualifiers) events, proxies are forbidden. I will post results sometime around the French Nationals - that's in one month. Debates over whether it is a good thing / a bad thing; a success/a failure; something to expand / something to stop should wait till then.
