In our playgroup, a question about this card arose yesterday:
Is there any limit to the number of cards that Maabara can have on it?. I mean: you can have only one card in storage in this card or any number of them?.
And a question in general: in cards that can be employed to store others cards (like this, for example) if there is no specific rule in the card to limit the nunber to one card (as in Storage Annex), can you store any number of cards in them or you are limited to one UNLESS it is specified in the card text?.
Maabara
Master
[Harbinger of Skulls] Harbinger of Skulls
Master: unique location.
You may tap this location to move a library card from your ash heap to this location, face down. You may use a master phase action to move a card from this location to the top of your library. Any vampire may burn this location as a action.

Actually, nothing says that the cards come off of it when it is stolen. So if you stole it all the way around the table, you could have as many as 449 library cards on it in a 5 player game

I don't think so.. but moot.
The card you used to steal it can go back onto it from the ash heap.

I think that this question is going offtopic. I don't care about stealing all the cards in the decks of the table, I was asking about the cards capacity of Maabara and the general rule.
Can anybody answer about the general rule for this situation?
Please, don't go offtopic.
Thank you in advance.

There is no general rule concerning the number of cards you can place on another card.

I appreciate your first language isn't English but they did actually answer your question by telling you that the capacity was the number of library cards available in decks on the table excluding the Maabara i.e. it has no holding limit

As correctly stated by other people here, if there's no explicit limit (which is the case here), then there's no limit.
the limit is the number of cards it would take to make the playing table buckle and collapse under the combined weight
if you're playing VTES on the ground, assume the entire Earth to be your table, and try not to collapse it.
