Hello! I'm wondering if Mata Hari can play cards like these new ones from the Danse Macabre:
Mata Hari
[aus]
[for]
[qui]
[CHI]
[OBF]
[Ravnos] Ravnos
Capacity: 7
Group: 4
Independent. Red List: Mata Hari has 2 votes (titled). You and she may play cards that require a sect and/or clan as if she were of that required sect and/or clan.
Public Vilification
[Political Action] Political Action
Requires a titled Sabbat vampire.
Choose a younger ready vampire controlled by another Methuselah. Successful referendum means this vampire steals 3 blood from the chosen vampire.
Under Siege
[Action] Action
[1 Pool]
+1 stealth action. Unique. Requires a titled Sabbat vampire.
Put this card in play with 3 counters. Once each action, a Sabbat vampire you control can burn 1 counter from this card to untap and attempt to block with +1 intercept, even if intercept is not yet needed. Burn this card when it has no counters.
Alright thanks for clearing that up. I was confused because I thought she could play it as she is titled already and could use her special to play cards from different sects.
But she IS titled already, they don't specify requiring a sabbat title, just a titled sabbat vampire, she is titled and can mimic the sabbat part. Of course she can't actually use the untap effect provided by Under Siege, since once the card is in play it doesn't see her as sabbat vampire anymore.
Assuming she hasn't lost her title for some reason, Mata Hari can use her special to play cards requiring 'titled Sabbat'. Confimed by LSJ in this discussion about Hand Intervention.

Thanks for the link. I didn't realize that page existed. Adding to favorites...
The French VEKN page has such great rules resources. It's a shame that 1. not everyone can take advantage of them, and 2. the "official" rules resources are not as extensive or well-organized. It looks like Pierre Tran Van and Co. came to the wise realization that "do an online search" is a not a good way to manage your rules system, so they tried to put everything together.

Ideally, folks volunteering thier time to pool stuff could do this on a card for card basis and we could integrate it with secret library.
Not sure about now, but you USED to be able to use the Gatherer to search all mtg cards, and it had 3useful things: a picture of each printing of said card(we dint have the resources for this, afaik), current legal rules text, including costs, requirements, etc, and also, in red font, relevant rulings. That last part would be optimal for vtes.
Mata hari can: play public vilification, play create gargoyle(enslaved to tremere or !trwmere, which is a shame since ravnos slave would rock), etc,
Mata hari cant: call revolutionary council, make you dinner, etc......

Shove the card you want into "Karta". Say, Arika. You get back a list of every printing of the card. On hover (and on click-through to that page), you can see a copy of the card in that printing.
(FWIW, I occasionally use this when trying to unpick a ruling from the 1990s that was based on random text. Like trying to work out what the hell was going on with Obedience, which changed text - badly - several times.)

AFAIK Jussi/Pascal et al are thinking of getting it to the point where VEKN has a database that can be searched. I'm not sure how much admin it would require in the guts of the system, but if you think you'd be able to help... I'm sure you can lend a hand. I might ask Pascal if he wants a "Volunteer Thread" for people to volunteer to do grunt work on building that database.

Wow, that's awesome. I get to add something else to my favorites.
I am particularly impressed the the editor of the site makes the difference between a clarification and a ruling.
