Nope.
The damage is still considered aggravated whether your vampire treat it as normal damage or not!

Pierre Van Tran created this excellent reference page. Even if you don't speak French, you might find the links under the different card names to be useful since they lead to relevant rulings. It is close to complete, although I think it may be missing some very recent rulings or non-card specific rulings.
A couple of years ago I translated T-Z into English and submitted them to Pascal. (I'm a native English-speaker who speaks French decently well.) Besides a 'thank you', he didn't suggest that I continue or indicate how he might use the translations. I might be interested in continuing that work if there were a public forum for it.
I am converting that French list into an English database. Hoepfully, the whole process will make judging way easier.
Regarding the OP's question, Malachy and jamesatzephyr's answers are correct. Also notice: there are no longer cards that change the nature of damage (all were reworded to read "treat as")
