Hi again, This time I scoured all the Rulebooks and rulings but am still confused. Pier 13, Port of Baltimore This equipment card represents a location and does not count as equipment while in play. Unique. During your influence phase, this minion may equip with a non-location, non-unique equipment card from your hand (requirements and cost apply as normal). This is not an action and cannot be blocked. I want my renegade garou to have pier 13... now the main rule is it costs 2 blood, allies don't have blood they have life, so he can't pay... other rule says allies that can play cards 'as a vampire' treat life as blood... is disputed territory the only way to get him that pier? Thanks

Allies have no blood, so the Garou cannot take the action to equip with the Pier. Disputed Territory is one way. I think Reg Driscoll can do it too. I'm sure that there are other ways of getting the Pier on an ally, but can't think of any at the moment. Suaku Inceptor Asian Continental Championship 興っ www.youtube.com/SuakuOz

Except that you can't use Disputed Territory to change the ownership of loquipment between your minions. Anybody know where to find the ruling?

CRR: Transferring Locquipment via Disputed Territory to the *same* Methuselah that currently controls the locquipment results in no effect - the locquipment cannot be moved to a different minion of the same Methuselah. Beginning with you and going clockwise once around the table, each Methuselah can rearrange the equipment on his or her ready minions. Nod isn't a valid option, as it doesn't affect locations. Jack of Both Sides won't work either, as it requires a vampire (and costs a blood).

I guess it is just easier to have a vampire own the pier then transfer any equip off the boat maybe a rave in germany or through heidelberg...oh wait have to check... damn heidelberg is only vampires and raves only minions to vampires not ohter way around... ok regular transfer equip action from random vampire to Mr Garou it shall be. Thanks
