I thought it was rounded down and not up. Anyway, in case an 11th player should be eligible for qualifying it is: Francesco D'Alessio 3020103 Concerning the number of players, it is not bad considering present times. Italy have not a huge community compared to France, Spain or Finland, but most of our players play tournaments. So in the past years we had events with 50 and even 60+ players.

Is it only me or do Giovanni decks dominate in Italy? (no pun intended) Ivan - Maybe this?

Two of the best italian players have a Giovanni deck in their range of preferred deck, this one for Alessandro Donati and a Shambling deck from Danilo Torrisi. That said, in Italy there is a wide range of decks. If I have to tell a tendency it's that wall decks are fewer than in the international environment.
