Hello everyone, I have a question regarding Mata Hari's special ability: Name: Mata Hari [KMW:U/PAn] Cardtype: Vampire Clan: Ravnos Group: 4 Capacity: 7 Discipline: aus for qui CHI OBF Independent. Red List: Mata Hari has 2 votes (titled). You and she may play cards that require a sect and/or clan as if she were of that required sect and/or clan. Artist: Steve Prescott Is it possible for me to use Mata Hari's special ability to play cards such as Cardinal Benediction, which would give her 3 votes isntead of 2, or cards like Blooding which would make her Black Hand but the card doesn't change her sect to Sabbat? Name: Cardinal Benediction [Sabbat:U, SW:U, Third:U] Cardtype: Political Action Requires a Sabbat vampire. Title. Choose a Sabbat vampire with a capacity over 6. If this referendum passes, put this card on that vampire to represent the Sabbat title of cardinal. Camarilla vampires cannot cast votes or ballots during this referendum. Artist: Hannibal King Name: Blooding [BH:C/PM2/PN2] Cardtype: Action +1 stealth action. Requires a ready Sabbat vampire. Put this card on the acting vampire and move one blood from the blood bank to this vampire. This Sabbat vampire is Black Hand. A vampire can have only one Blooding. Artist: Andrew Bates Prince of Tikkurila, known as Teemu P in Lackey CCG

No becausexyou must be sabbat to hold said sabbat title, but she can call it on a sabbat vamp. Yes to blooding, shes sabbat to play it, and q vampire for the rest of it. BH doesnt have to be sabbat, its just tricky to make non sabbat bh. In the fluff, there are non sabbat black hand. Edit, no to blooding. She can play it, but i reread it. You can put it on her, but unless you into the fire her, shes not bh.as soon as shes sabbat, such as playing into the fire or if thelonius/ rudulpho/whoever plays derange on her, she becomes sabbat, and whatever sabbat vamp has the blooding is bh.

A vampire can have only one Blooding. > Artist: Andrew Bates > She can play both these cards. She can choose herself for Cardinal Benediction (which "sees" her as Sabbat for the duration of the action). However: She's not a Sabbat vampire. - Cardinal Benediction would overwrite her 2-vote title with a (quite temporary) Sabbat Cardinal title. When the action ends, Cardinal Benediction realizes Mata Hari isn't Sabbat, and stops provider her a Cardinal title. In the meantime, Mata Hari has lost her 2-vote title. - Blooding will give Mata Hari 1 blood from the blood bank. But when the action ends, Mata Hari isn't "This Sabbat vampire", and thus she's not Black Hand. Also notice: Only these action cards consider Mata Hari a Sabbat vampire for the duration of the action. For instance, a Seraph couldn't play Seraph's Second on Mata Hari's Blooding, because that Seraph doesn't consider Mata Hari to be an acting Black Hand vampire. Name: Seraph's Second Cardtype: Action Modifier Requires a ready Seraph. Only usable when a non-Seraph Black Hand vampire is acting, after resolution. Untap the acting Black Hand vampire. A Seraph may play only one Seraph's Second each turn.
