Name: Incarnate
Cardtype: Master
Cost: 8 pool
Search your crypt and/or uncontrolled region for a vampire that would not be contested and put him or her in play at full capacity with your pool. Whenever that vampire loses 1 blood, burn 1 pool. Whenever that vampire gains 1 blood that doesn't drain off, gain 1 pool. If that vampire is burned, you are ousted. You cannot play another Incarnate.
What crazyness would you do with such a card?

So, in practice, you pay 8 + capacity? In that case:
Turn 1: Incarnate Anson (-16). Incarnate Volker (-13). Parity Shift x2 (+10).
Pool total = 11
Turn 2: Parity Shift x2 (+10).
Pool total = ~20, depending on predator.
Turn 3: Incarnate whatever brings you low in pool. Parity Shift x2, KRC x1 to oust.
Probably a good idea to squeeze in some Toreador Grand Balls.
That's 64 pool damage before most decks are off the ground.
It reminds me of the Clan Wars variant, from years back. www.prismnet.com/~mlangsdo/RPGs/Jyhad/Variants/Clanwars.html
Actually quite good fun, although probably hopelessly broken in practice if people really try to abuse it. The significant ease with which, say, a PRE vampire can get blood back would make things awkward, and all sorts of lockdown tech exists that didn't so much then. An out of turn unblockable Spirit Marionette or Mind Rape or something, and suddenly they're kinda screwed. Still, you can have a fun evening or two with it, if everyone buys into it as a fun concept.

Incarnate Uriah Winter, influence out four 1 caps, give Uriah to your prey next untap, play Frontal Assault, rush Uriah to torpor, diablerize.

Ok. Then it's totally useless
