If I tap IoY to give a Prince +2 strength after strikes are declared, but before strikes are resolved, will that increase in strength affect the damage dealt when the current strike is resolved?
In other words, does IoY work in the same window as Chiropteran Marauder or Claws of the Dead?

VI.C.1.c is where the "Claws phase" often happens, and IoY works exactly the same way -- as long as you modify the strike resolution before it resolves, then you have timed it correctly.
