Yo, So I have been fairly successful with my OBE weenie Inceptor deck and I am looking to build more decks around this concept. I would appreciate, however, to hear what three cards you would put on Inceptor using any "exotic" disciplines that are considered rare, junk or whose crypt would benefit from a weenie. Please don't bother with Temporis. These decks a) are powerful enough, b) would not gain any significant benefits from playing Inceptor and c) bore me terribly. That leaves three cards for each discipline/deck I am currently considering below: Thanatosis Anarch (compliments G2-3 Samedi outferior) Groaning Corpse Dust to Dust Diversion Spiritus (as a versatile blocker that can snipe weenie and/or deflectors) Ear of the Hare Swiftness of the Stag Charge of the Buffalo THA/CEL/AUS (with Itzak and Alfred) Pursuit Theft of Vitae Spirit's Touch OBF/SER/POT (bringing down average cap. for crypt) Lost in Crowd Horseshoes Temptation OR Enticement Basically looking for anything out of the ordinary, perhaps focusing on outferiors and/or bloodlines as seen with some of the musings posted above. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts, mates!

Weenie block denial. Siren's Lure Anesthetic Touch Disarm Rest of the deck is weenie hackers with Andre Leroux or something. Preferably guys with aus so they can dodge with Anesthetic Touch. 2-6x Nightmares Upon Nightmares to burn excess Inceptors, depending on deck composition. Obligatory Uncoiling to get rid of NUN or Scourge of the Enochians. Other suggestions for the combat cards: Earth Meld Outside the Hourglass + Disarm Inner Essence + Morphean Blow Resilience + Flames of the Netherworld (probably the most reliable and annoying)

This one is particular am not too fond of mostly because aggro poke is easily dealt with in combat heavy environments. And the hitback is usually brutal if they don't fear your 1 aggravated. From my experience, it's always better to hit back as hard if not harder than they do. Makes them think twice about pressuring you.. or at least makes it harder for them to do so when it cost them up to 4 blood a hit.

Dawn operation + Sense Death (or Nose of the Hound) + Ignor the Searing Flames Possibly combined with the right vamps from Gangrel, Ahrimane, or Baali.

Bloat. Vitae block, psyche, earth meld. Use whatever 1 cap and some princes to call anathema. Maybe g1-2 with volker, calebros, and ingrid, so your peinces can all block and vote, and 2 of them play vitae blick for a press? At least good for giggles....

She plays skin of night and iablerizes with amaranth, or bleeds for 3. If you rush at stealth, how is the action going to get blocked for dawn op to matter?

How about Eye of unforgiving heaven + Senes death + Ignore the searing flames? or is there a rule against Inceptor and dual discipline cards.

ReverendRevolver

As i read inceptor, it says " can play the cards as though X had the discipline (if any) @superior" So, its not pluralized. Singular. But, they mentioned disarm plus anaesthetic touch earlier. Which is so funny i wish it worked with inceptor. So, as i read it, off limits. Also, i dont remember for sure, but doesnt eye of unforgiving heaven at VAL AUS hit your minion for normal non agg? I only got excited about ignore the searing flames when i did Petaniqua ranged combat. Using it with inceptorcis neat, and gets a stack of kmw commons into a deck, but since March Halcyon is my facorite non-convert 1 cap (i like fortitude, and shes got the least sucky drawback of fortitude 1caps...), my brain immidiately jumps to "March can play skin of night..... because shes cool..... what else can i stick on inceptor?" So, with other combos, its just remembering non discipline presses or manuevers, or even glancing blow. Inceptor is great at off the wall combos, before it came out, only the great beast did this stuff.....

How about, Folderol, Steadfastness and Cloak of the Gathering in a 419 OP deck?

Make it turbo! Use minions with for. say March or Andy. Intimidate Conditioning Hide the mind (or other fun card) And also play daring the dawn in your deck. The Hide the mind can be darig if you want to spread your onecaps. Or too support vote decks. Charming lobby Bewithching Oration Lost in Crowds (or any other stealth card you fancy) With the vote deck one could run it with tupdogs to optimize your crypt and add a turbo touch to the deck. I would run this version with New Brujah with obf or Arika Prince of Lidingö

> KoKo wrote: > This is really nice > Care to explain ? I don't see why not Hide the heart, and why Steadfastness. I must be missing something.

KoKo

... because bounce exists and Hide the Heart requires tapping Inceptor. I would have to have wakes in hand, making it less effective in multiples than Folderol. I wouldn't like my prey to get the edge on some humbug deal with his ally thus allowing him to burn 419. Cloak the Gathering is self-explanatory. Having said that, I am not sure about Steadfastness. I would probably use Thrown Gate + TV as a combat module.

Wedge

I did the search in FELDB for Steadfastness and it was missing "against you" in its text. I would replace it with Hide the Heart, because of its options. Thrown Gate may still be better, Although there are two 1caps w/ in either 3-4 or 4-5 that could work for that.

kakarot

spirit marionette (x 17) daring the dawn (x 10) conditioning (x 10) This is my deck in 72 cards when you want burn inceptor to play other you can burn him (5 inceptor plus 6 cap 1, eurayle and 1 infernal pact)

djiik

I play Panders, and I try out every card that would go well with them, and using Fast Reaction Hidden Lurker Disguised Weapon proved to be quite an effective combination of cards on an Inceptor, combining with Frontal Assault, Joseph Pander, and heavy equipment. Give a Priscus to the Panders!
