multi-discipline cards

Hi i have a doubt, for cards like Quicken Sight that list more than one discipline for its effects does it means that the vampire need to have both disciplines to play it or just one of the two? Quicken Sight Reaction Auspex & Celerity aus cel +1 intercept, with an optional maneuver in the resulting combat if this vampire successfully blocks. AUS CEL As above, but with +2 intercept.
