There was no RTR in December 2012. The one I am working on should be released before 13-13-13.

The point was there was going to be a Decd-12 release so what is going on - is there a reason for not updating/changing things? Are we intending on not changing the ban list (if nothing else Seeds of corruption...)?

That clan needs all the help it can get. I thought tbe hold up waz due to liliths blessing decisions being settled by way of knife fight. If we all agree the skill card be mandatory, then click our ruby slippers, while milking a cactus, the RTR will come to fruition.

rules team is obviously too busy inventing their AI Robots to play VTES so they can replace all these annoying imperfect humans, what with all their constant QUESTIONS and MISUNDERSTANDINGS about rules.
