At yesterday's draft extrala's Malgorzata equipped with An Anarch Manifesto at draftferior. I ruled that this can't be done because titled vampires cannot turned into anarchs, but I'm not so sure anymore. It seems that this restriction only counts for the default Go-Anarch-Action and when it is printed on cards (like Galaric's Legacy or Go Anarch). Please tell me what about the draft effects of Garribald-Meucci-Museum or An Anarch Manifesto? Can you play/use it with titled vampires? Baron of Frankfurt

The thing is the default "become an anarch" action cannot be taken by titled vampires, and other "Go Anarch", "Galaric's Legacy", "Twilight Camp", .. won't allow the conversion of a titled vampire to anarchness. However, Anarch Secession does turn a titled vampire anarch. An Anarch Manifesto can be played by a titled vampire. > Name: Anarch Manifesto, An > Cardtype: Equipment > Equipment. > The anarch with this equipment gets +1 stealth on actions that require an anarch. An Anarch Manifesto Equipment. The anarch with this equipment gets +1 stealth on actions that require an anarch. Titled non-anarch vampires get +1 strength in combat with this minion. A minion may have only one Anarch Manifesto. DRAFT: As above, and a vampire becomes anarch when he or she equips with this card. [10.5] Anarchs Anarch is not a sect itself, just a special attribute that some Independent vampires can have. An untitled non-anarch vampire can become an anarch as a +1 stealth undirected action that costs 2 blood (or 1 blood if the controller controls at least 1 other ready anarch). A vampire can also be made an anarch by certain card effects. All anarchs are Independent; becoming an anarch changes the vampire's sect to Independent if he was not Independent already. So: Malgorzata can equip+use equipment Malgorzata is a vampire [10.5] states "A vampire can also be made an anarch by certain card effects" Therefore: AAM's draft card text -- as well as Garibaldi-Meucci Museum's similar draft card text -- changes Malgorzata into an Anarch. Note also that Malgorzata's sect would change to Independent [10.5] and she would no longer be a Priscus [10.2].
