Has anyone ever made Sylvester into the star of a turbo deck? Here's sort of what I'm thinking:
Sylvester Simms
[ani][dom][AUS][OBF]
Malkavian
Capacity: 8
Group: 1
Camarilla primogen: If Sylvester goes into torpor, each Methuselah burns 1 pool.
If you can land Sylvester in torpor every turn, that's one pool damage to everyone at the table. Add to that a bleed of 3-5, some bounced bleeds, and some weenie support and it looks like you could do a good job of ousting. I'm thinking that Sylvester needs a Fortitude skill card, or at least Agent of Power. He plays Daring The Dawn or Day Operation on his bleed to give +1 pool damage around the table to his bleed. Someone rescues him, maybe a weenie obf dom dude, and he is ready to do it again next turn.
There are a variety of tools to help with blood and torpor management. Here are a few:
Perfectionist
The Coven
Life in the City
Giant's Blood
Asylum Hunting Ground
Humanitas
The Catacombs
Secret Passage
Is this simply a case of junking up Malk 94, or could this be viable? What are your thoughts?

1) Sylvester Simms with Fortitude hunts with Day Operation.
2) Muaziz/Cardano/Ulugh Beg with Catacombs, Humanitas and Ankara Citadel rescues and Freak Drives for free.
3) Repeat.
Hey, might as well go full retard...
Sylvester Simms gets Agent of Power. Chooses Temporis. Plays base Summon History, gets Ankara Citadel.
Next turn.
Sylvester Simms gets Agent of Power. Chooses Fortitude.
Sylvester Simms plays Clan Impersonation. Chooses !Tremere. Adds a Day Operation.
From torpor, Sylvester Simms plays Recure of the Homeland + Day Operation. Rinse and repeat
Scrap that ..

Too bad Recure of the Homeland falls under the NRA rule so you can't combo out in a single turn. For now... You have the authority Pascal, make this happen!
If Sylvester was both Malkavian and !Tremere, you could do a ping at every player turn. Maybe that, by Clan Impersonating to Malkavian, we could find a way ?

Ah I knew there was a flaw somewhere
Self-rescue is too expensive, and giving Miriam a Catacomb sounded weird..

Brandon,
To make this viable, drop the fortitude angle. Your main action is Baltimore Purge. Support vampire is Guido Lucciano. Add Fames and Graverobbings and you have the starting point for your deck.

Why?
I used both (and sometimes combined if there was no risk in putting all eggs in one basket) in my Fortitude weenie deck.

The Ankara / humanitas rescue is cool. Now we need to put a pulled fangs on our empty Sylvester so he is in a torpor loop

I do, yes. That's why dunking him is secondary to doing pool damage to my prey. Sylvester going to torpor just extends my "reach" and makes the table fall that much faster.
Baltimore Purge is an interesting idea. Do you think that Sylvester's capacity is high enough? If I was going to keep up the idea of ousting the whole table, Tension in the Ranks seems like it would go with Baltimore Purge.

Sorry to interrupt your conversation about Baltimore Purge (lovely card, don't have any, a never-reprinted uncommon from CE, ya know), but how about a rush angle with White Phosphorus Grenade/Bum's Rush/Disguised Weapon?
Super expensive since you'd lose two pool each time that Sylvester went down (one from paying for the grenade, one from Sylvester). However, it's pretty funny, and you might actually torporize some guys. Dragonbound?
Just to add some more moving parts, you could throw in Black Cat, Heidelberg Castle, Al's Army Apparatus, and Pier 13, Baltimore to get a steady stream of free White Phosphorus Grenades. And Black Cat and Sylvester both have - think of the possibilities!

There are many good 8-caps, that you can expect to see on a table. As long as your prey has one of them (or smaller) it should be fine. Even if, no one on the table has anything smaller then a 9-cap, they still take pool damage. You may want skill cards just for +cap. Tension is only good if they are effected by purge. I wouldn't use it. You are already taken Simms and Fame damage in you untap. Hopefully?

Or you could play Antediluvian awakening in a real combat deck.

There is no room for whimsy in this world, is there, Mr. The Blade?
