If I only have one vampire, can he gain a blood from Gurchon Hall?
If I have two vampires and another hunting ground, can vampire A get a blood from the hunting ground and vampire B get one from Gurchon hall?

I believe it is the case of you either give one blood to two different vampires or you get none at all. Terms for gaining blood are, I think, non-negotiable.
If you don't have 2 vampires, you can't use Gurchon Hall.
You can't give blood from Gurchon Hall and another Hunting Ground to the same minion.

No. You need two ready vampires to gain blood from Gurchon Hall.

Only if "the hunting ground" A gains blood from is the Gurchon Hall. If it's the Jungle Hunting Ground (or any hunting ground other than Gurchon Hall), then, no.
A templating question:
Suppose Gurchon Hall said, "During your untap phase, you may move 1 blood from the blood bank to any of the two oldest ready vampires you control."
Would that be sufficient to allow Gurchon Hall to work with only one ready vampire? If not, what would work?

I am not sure it would work. It feel strange
Side note : it authorize to put the blood on the second oldest only.
Another, for me more straightforward :
