In a deck like this, I can see Dive into Madness being a useful card. Also Tier of Souls might be handy as well for some permanent and responsible bleed.
You're playing 2 large vampires as a tag-team, yet you have no defensive combat. Dodges, S:CE or prevent would be useful. I'd suggest a couple of Flesh Bond sure, maybe not as good as No Trace, but you can use it at inferior to smash someone if need be. And Behind You for Dodge/Man for some synergy with the Carrion Crows.
Big guys like this (using a splash of intercept) also like Leather Jackets.

They're going to croak against ranged ag, but otherwise I think Thrown Gates will serve them pretty well. Casino with IS + CC + TG is a maneuver and 7R damage a round (5 with one of the combo cards missing), with only another TG needed to do so again in round two.
Dive into Madness and Tier of Souls were both in there at one time but didn't make the 90-card cut. I may try to fit a Tier back in. It's be nice for both of the big boys to be at +1 permableed.

Isn't this a little bit toolboxy? 6 votes from tag team ain't enough for votelock, so maybe a two or so praxis seizures would be worthwhile. Also, I w ould drop skill cards meant for weenies and replace them with Blood Dolls/Vessels to keep blood on tag team in check.

In the crypt, Ysador have every needed discipline and 3 votes. Louhi don't have potence but have animalism, obfuscate, and dementation, and have 3 votes too. Given the setup, even if they are a bit too big, I believe they may be interesting in x1 and with more villein, so you can actually have a good vote presence in endgame if thing go right.

My suggestion goes a different route - you indeed have only 6 votes at best, I'd therefore ditch the entire political angle, probably in favour of some permableed (Dive/Tier).
