Primeiro aplicativo no Android Market!
Olá, pessoal!
Consegui colocar o primeiro aplicativo no Android Market: VampiDroid Cards Reference.
* ver a listagem de todas as cartas;
* fazer pesquisa pelo nome;
* ver o conteúdo da carta (disciplinas, texto, requisitos, etc)

Hi!
I just wanted to let you know that I'm working in a utility for VTES
to Android platform called VampiDroid.
You can check it out from any Android phone through Android Market.
Here is a link: market.android.com/details?id=name.vampidroid
Please, let me know what do you think.
Thanks in advance.

I have that app on my phone for some time now. Its a simple programm, that searches the database on the device (no internet connection needed) by cardname. Its useful to check the actual wording of a card, but not much more as you cant filter or search by group or cost or anything.
If you have a internet connection (and if you have a android phone you most probably have that) you could use secretlibrary or other pages, that have a lot more options. May also be useful if you travel to other countries to avoid roaming charges.
All in all its no program you will use regulary but it has its uses in specific situations or to put in jyhad vocabulary: its rather conditional.
Somehow, I thought this topic was about a board game
I'll try it as soon as my phone is fixed.

Just put all of SecretLibrary into an app and sell that for 99c. I'd buy it.

If someone wants to create an iOS or Android app for Secret Library I'm more than happy to help with API access to the site.

VampiDroid is great, too bad there are so little advanced search options. And even the basic options are bugged (such as obf+ that don't return obf/OBF).

I use it almost every game session to quickly checking up on card text.
The filtering function is absolutely awesome and if you find time to continue developing this app please add more and filter options/keywords.
I would love an app that lets you build decks ala ardb, and pull card info/search from secret library. It would also allow about 12 minutes of sorting and phone time to make twdecklists instantly available for players slow about posting. Locally, messer and cashdollar are notoriously slow at this, and both hall of famers have a nasty habit of winning.......
Hi,
We're working on a new release of VampiDroid, and we've already fixed a few bugs + added some search functionalities.
All suggestions are welcome, please post here your wish list, we'll do as much as possible

Search Functionalities:
- Multi-criterium filter for crypt.
dom+ AND for+
Ventrue AND obf+
- Group filter for crypt
G5
G4-6
- Crypt / Discipline requirements on the same line in library pannel (rather than having empty lines). Or don't display empty lines.
- "Advanced" filters:
"Anarch", "Black Hand", ... (especially for library requirements)
Deckbuilding, Have&Want
Add the "Add to decklist" / "Add to Have list" / "Add to Want list"
=> "See decklist", "Send decklist to secretLibrary", "share decklist via email/...", "See Wantlist"
Medium-term:
"See rulings" option when a card is selected.
Long-term (because probably difficult to store): "View image"
EDIT:
Crypt filters could be a poppup rather than a small "dropdown list"
Fields would then be:
Discipline : [if filled, add a new "Discpline" line, and a "OR" or an "AND" checkbox]
Sect:
Clan:
Capacity: (range allowed)
Group: (range allowed)
It's probably OK to skip imbueds in a first part.
For crypt cards:
Type:
Clan / Discpline requirement: (Forced March should match the "for" requirement)
Blood / Pool cost: (range allowed)
Special: Anarch / Black Hand / Seraph / Infernal / Flight / ...
It's probably OK to skip the Special in a first part.
Apart from the suggested improvements:
- When will the new Danse Macarbre cards be available in VampiDroid? B-)

i would like to see better landscape support. Right now I can't view cards while in landscape mode on my phone. I would also like to see the icons we've all come to know and love over the years used in some fashion.
I would also second a rulings tab.
Any news about VampiDroid? I want to see new card database and Danse Macabre expansion on application.

I just sent an email to Francisco (the creator of VampiDroid) about it.

Francisco says he wants to update VampiDroid with some new Android card-based user interface including the Danse Macabre cards. But he does not mention when.

Francisco did the update of the database and the new release, and I did some fixes (discipline+ not working) and added some features (filter by group and capacity).
Really a must-have for Android!

Probably not, you need a mac to develop for iOS.

The update is nice, it even contains the Storyline reward cards now that are not yet entered in the Secret Library.
Highly recommended tool to bring to tournaments!
VampiDroid v2.0-beta-10 has been released by Francisco Figueiredo Jr!
* Latest Sabbat sets cards update
* You can now select text from the card details screen.
Some internal improvements were done to enhance the experience when using the app. More detailed information about those changes can be seen in the detailed list of changes (github.com/franciscojunior/Vampidroid/compare/v2.0-beta.9...v2.0-beta.10)
