Hi all, If I play Charge of the buffalo the combat go straight to strikes or can i play Pre-Maneuver and pre-strikes cards like Drawing Out the Beast, Carrion Crows and Immortal Grapple? Thank you

Yes you can, it only skips the manuevers, not prerange (or pre strike)
