This a deck I am currently working on fine tuning, I think it might be too slow currently, but not sure as haven't got to test it yet. Basic idea is to get rutors hands to lots of guys, and then MotS good stuff to use. Use removers to tap blockers/bouncers and then bleed tossing the rubrics around with extra actions from rutors, bloat with vessels/dolls fueled by chalice of kinship and perfectionists/blood of the sabbat. Originally I was planning to use recure of the homelands to get rutors cheap, but those eventually didn't make the cut, I am thinking I maybe should put in a sniper rifle too and perhaps a sport bike to get a more permanent blocking machine with eternal vigilance and bowl. Spirit Summoning Chamber can be used to fetch whatever I happen to be needing (rutors, MotS, stealth, or combat). Well anyway, its more or less a first draft so would like to hear what people think.

3 Remover, 2 black hand vampire in x2 ?
I would try to find some space for a couple of Cadet, at the very least.
I would certainly advice to have a least some more bleed permanent, like Camera phone or Laptop computer, which have the advantage of not requiring blood to function, which may be useful given the blood cost of Rutor. But it change a lot the deck.
Other than that, the repartition between actions seem hard to fine-tune, but I can't help without trying to play the deck.
Yeah there is 3 removers because I ideally want to get one pretty fast. The extra one can be discarded for spirit summoning chamber easily enough. With 4 perfectionists, 4 blood of the sabbats, and chalice and hunting ground, and the thefts, I doubt that blood cost of the action is going to be overly problematic. Cadet might be interesting option, though I am rather worried about how many I would need to play to get one early enough, as there is already quite a lot of masters.

You are mistaken, Yasmin and Selena are both Black Hand (EDIT: maybe I misunderstood what you said, sounds like you are saying 2 vamps not 4). As for Cadet, I have found it to be surprisingly hard to use. Maybe you have emptied out your uncontrolled region- dead card. All that is left in your uncontrolled region is Black Hand? Too bad. For those reasons and the lack of master slots, I suggest going with Blooding over Cadet.
The deck is trying to do too many things. Tap and bleed plus block? Takes too many cards to make all that work here, especially with the Rutor's angle. I would drop blocking and stick to bounce, which is synergistic with tap and bleed. This frees up a lot of useless tool-up actions that are not either tap or bleed. Art's Traumatic Essence could go in there and you could either drop the black hand angle or just keep it to a bare minimum.
Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

Two differents vampire, each in x2. Two remover on the same vampire being pointless.

I find Cadet significantly easier to play than blooding, because trifle MPA are less scarce than action, especially without Villein. And not being able to play Cadet generally mean you don't need it ; if you already have four minon you should be more or less fine.

Heh I didn't even remember that whole card exists. It might be interesting idea, though I am not sure if I can fit in much more actions.
Two removers on same vampire would not be pointless with rutors hand, if it would be possible, but unfortunately a vampire can only have one remover.
There is currently 4 cards in the deck requiring black hand, so I am not sure how much more minimalistic angle you can get for black hand tech.

Because she is only one who can use Chalice of Kinship.
It looks like a solid deck fun to play. I find it too big but that's a matter of taste.
I'm not sure about the BotSabbat though, as you only get the blood after a succ. d-action. IMHO that will not work out often enough with that kind of deck. Maybe cut it down to only two.

I've been tuning this kind of deck for a while now. Here are some thoughts I have about your first draft, in no particular order: You are spending so much blood on your cards you may not get much pool out of Blood Doll and Vessel. Consider adding Jake Washington and The Coven. 5 Rutor's Hand out of 90 is enough to get 1, maybe 2 per game, not "lots" - when Rutor's Hand is necessary to the deck design, think 5 out of 60. Same for Remover - you might only need 1 Remover per game but out of 90 cards you may never see it. Less Mirror Walk, more Conditioning and Change of Target!

Its more like 7 out of 90 since remember I can also fetch the rutors hands with spirit summoning chamber. Jake and Coven are not bad ideas and might have to try to squeeze those in somehow, and perhaps one more remover too.

SSC is such a crazy good card. Though many forget about it.
