Rules Team Rulings for 2013 / Changes to tournament rules Will there be any? The deadline to allow 30 days for adoption indicates that December 2nd would have been the announcement date, if there were going to be any changes....

A couple of matters are still holding this one. The rest of the RTR is almost ready, though.
