Toy and Yawp Court

Just wondering if Toy can enter combat using Yawp Court. Toys card states that he cannot act or block. However the wording of Yawp court is that the vampire taps and enters combat with the vampire so its neither acting nor blocking. Opinions? --Paul

As far as I know, he can, exactly like he can use his Slave rule to enter combat.
