contest my own card

Can i play a unique master card on vampire #1 and then play the same master card on vampire #2 contesting the master card and then yield the contested card on vampire #1. thus switching the card from #1 to #2.

But keep in mind that "accidental" in this context means, non-avoidable contests. For instance, if you have enough pool on a minion in uncontrolled it will transfer out, there's no choice. Or if you get a unique already in play equipment from Vast Wealth, there's no choice. But if you play a second Fame, and realize it the next turn, it's not game-technically "accidental". It was never possible to play that second Fame, and thus you need to roll back or approximate the actual game state (return fame to hand, return pool, etc, whatever the judge thinks or what you agree on to be reasonable).
