When is the card Feline Saboteur forces you to discard replaced, before or after the 4 burned from the second part of the card? Feline Saboteur Type: Action Requires: Animalism & Obfuscate [ani][obf] Choose any Methuselah. The chosen Methuselah discards 1 card at random from his or her hand. [ANI][OBF] As [ani][obf] above, and the chosen Methuselah burns the top 4 cards of his or her library as well.

Uh, should this not be? After, all card affects take place simultaneously.

Then the hand goes back to normal size. ( thus there is no way the target can take in hand the top 3 cards you just peeked with, say, steam tunnels) which was : all the discard effect take place BEFORE the replacement card is drawn.
