Name: Undermining of the Consistory Type: Political action Cost: None Requires a priscus or regent If the referendum is successful, put this card in play. During your discard phase, move 1 pool from your prey's pool to this card. Burn this card and gain 1 pool when this card has 5 counters. How does this card address a compelling game need? Priscus, while limited to 3 votes, don't have a proper card. The game is also lacking some alternatives to direct pool damage. With this card, it takes 5 turns to happen. It can be a bit vicious (especially when stacked) because it's a bit more discreet than a plain 5 pool damage. Requirements are quite high but give some interest to the Prisci (and the Regent). WOD source: wiki.white-wolf.com/worldofdarkness/index.php?title=Priscus An advisory position to the Regent of the Sabbat. New prisci are appointed (or occassionally, self-selected) by the Regent or the Consistory (the collective council of prisci) The Sabbat does not preclude its prisci from holding other offices within the sect, and several members of the Consistory have either clan-specific or city-specific duties in addition to serving the Regent. Reference: Lily Prelude Art notes: a cell with a desicated vampire corpse tied to a chair, head bent back, mouth ajar. The scene is seen from above so the corpse seems to look at some point near the viewer. The forehead of the corpse is ruined by a hole caused by some very slow dripping coming from the ceiling. I like it. It does consistent damage over a long period of time and, to offset the harsh requirement, there's a free pool for you in the end.
