Marie Faucigny + Pier 13?

Marie Faucigny's special text reads, " Non-weapon equipment cards cost her 1 less blood or pool to equip." Pier 13 reads, "During your influence phase, this minion may equip with a non-location, non-unique equipment card from your hand (requirements and cost apply as normal). This is not an action and cannot be blocked." Just want to confirm that any (non-unique, non-location, non-weapon) equipment Marie equips via Pier 13 is subject to the reduced cost, correct?
