Master: out-of-turn. Only usable when a minion is attempting to bleed you and the bleed amount is 4 or more. Burn the acting minion. (The action is not successful.) I don't see how that answers the question. Bled is past tense implying a successful action. Until the action is successful the bleed is for four at six stealth, I think.

The resolution effects of Night Moves are irrelevant to AI, because AI doesn't check at that time. That's why AI is such a good card.
