How to report a TWD

This is taken from Lasombra's TWDA FAQ and should help tournament organizers properly posting the tournament winning deck of an event in a new thread in the " Event Reports and TWD " category. Please include ALL the following information in your tournament winning deck report: name of event location of event date of event number of rounds (2R+F or 3R+F) number of players in attendance at event the correct full name of the winning player the link to the event in the calendar the entire correct contents of the deck - ARDB or VDB format strongly encouraged. Example: > > Italian National Championship 2021 > Bologna, Italy > January 8th, 2022 > 3R+F > 23 players > Gianluca Bianco > https://www.vekn.net/event-calendar/event/10022 > > Deck name:... > Optionally, you can append the number of gw/vp in the preliminary rounds and final after the event link and before the deck list using the xGWy or zvp format like this > https://www.vekn.net/event-calendar/event/10022 > > -- 3GW10 + 2vp in final > > Deck name:... > The subject title should be something like: TWD - <Name of the Event>, <Location of the Event> (<Date of the Event)>) As for the example given above the title would look like this: > > TWD - Italian NC 2022, Bologna (Italy) (8 Jan 2022) > Also, DO NOT USE THE GREEN TICK MARK AS "SYMBOL" OF YOUR POST. It is used to mark which TWD have been processed. If you put the green mark yourself, the deck will not be added to the TWD.

What the heck is the correct format to export from secretlibrary so that you get the links to the cards? Tried them all and nothing seemed to work properly... Finnish Politics!

The current Hall of Fame is still hosted on the Lasombra website and hasn't been updated since Oct. 26th 2013. I would like to see a kind of tournament report by the winner being somehow "mandatory" again for getting a TWD counted for the Hall of Fame. I don't recall tournament reports from winners being common. When it comes to posting decks for the TWD, I don't expect the winner to do anything. I expect the tournament organizer to report what happened and what deck won. Traveller Card Game

I know you can do it!) - to NOT USE the green validation mark as "symbol" of your post. I use it to know which TWD have been processed, so if there is already the green mark, I'll skip it. Thanks! Our events are relatively low in numbers atm 8-9 atm. Can I post a TWD for those events here? I read that the min. of players for the TWD repository is 10. Does the same player limit apply here too? Only TWD for tournaments with 10+ participants will get added to the Tournament Winning Deck Archive though. V:EKN Website Coordinator

You can report the TWD, but it will not be included on the TWDA, on my city the tournaments gather from 8 to 12 players and i post here even the 8 or 9 players TWD, just to "honor" the winner of the event David Resende - Prince of Teresina
