Given that I have the matching disciplines on a vampire (which can be a feat in itself), if I play Quicksilver Contemplation on superior which states
+2 bleed.
and does not have any restrictions on not playing any more action modifiers, can I then play Conditioning directly afterwards? Since conditioning states "You cannot play another action modifier to increase this bleed amount" I feel that it is easy to see that I wouldn't be able to play them in the other order, but if I play quicksilver first, shouldn't I be able to get around this restriction?
