Heya Have been googling this with out luck. The infamous insurgence cards talking about the vampires minion phase, but a vampire dosent have a minion phase (a meth. Have a minion phase) so what are the timing, when can it be used? /Jesper

The vampire's controller's minion phase. Thank the storyline authors for not following the normal editing process and printing whatever they wanted.

But I believe this card was playtested normally so LSJ (and anyone else doing the editing) had the same opportunity to edit this card as any other standard card. pckvtes.wordpress.com @pckvtes

But Infamous Insurgent (along with Lilith's Blessing) were apparently playtested at the same time as the Heirs to the Blood set. So LSJ at least had the opportunity to correct it during this period (it's quite possible that it slipped by though, considering the sheer amount of work he was doing). It also wasn't Ben Swainbank (the previous storyline coordinator) making last minute changes. Although he submitted the original idea, he had no idea how the card would turn out in its final version. It could be that CCP (or LSJ) had a separate editing process for storyline or promo cards, which, if true, could have contributed to the mistake. pckvtes.wordpress.com @pckvtes
