Ekkehard
Group 1
Sabbat. Black Hand: Ekkehard may remove 3 master cards or 3 cards with the same name from any Methuselah's ash heap to make that Methuselah burn 2 pool as a action.
His special is good against master-heavy decks, and decks that spam certain cards (animalism combat comes to mind).
Keeping in mind that expansion will be mostly vampires it's wise to suggest vampires mostly.
Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.
I like it. It's special is good answer for master heavy decks. I'm not sure if it should work on cards with same name as well. It's punishing for consistent decks.

Is it your quess or official (semi-official)information?
Why group 1 ? There is no black hand before gr3, so he won't be able to take advantage of the black hand trait ?
Does the name mean something ?
The formulation should be "to make the methuselah loose 2 pool".
Other than that, it seem pretty cool.
Cool, but why is he group 1?
Sidenote: If Ekkehard is supposed to be from Germany or to have a german origin his name should be "Eckehard", because there is no kk in german.
Baron of Frankfurt
Wiki and Polish translation state Ekkehard (Eckard in english). yes, it's old german (approx 1000 years post christ - there was margravie with the name).
Group 1 because have bridge vampire in group 3, so only logical choices are G1 or g6, as G2, G3,G4 and G5 are filled.
He could be bishop instead of black hand.
Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.

Gr 6 would certainly better. I am not too sure of how work gap and everything, but with no sabbat and no necromancy in gr1 he will be hard to use.
(in fact, I would put him in gr5, because sabbats are already lacking in gr5)
You can use him with existing from G2, he should work rather nice when used with Agaitas and Egothha, not to mention that G2 giovanni have good amount of so he certainly have place in G1. He could be from G6 as well, but can't be from G5 (most bloodline clans have 1 vampire in odd group, then 5 in even group, so g5 is full, g6 can be bolstered with 2 additional vampires).
Thx for wording Ankha, i was doing him on the fly so my initial text was bit messy.

Warning: Spoiler!
There will be a new, fan-made expansion created by the V:EKN
There is a development team within the V:EKN. Members may or may not disclose their membership
The set will be around 30 cards, mostly vampires
The targeted release is 2012, no exact date known yet
The cards will be tournament legal for constructed tournaments, just like any other set
The cards will have to be printed out in color on standard paper, cut out properly and stuck in sleeves before an original V:TES cards
Also, this action can be blocked, you remove the cards after the action is successful and it's not much stronger from bleed for 2. In theory it can be combined with freak drive and trochomancy to deal 5 pool damage and remove 10 cards from ash heap, but in practice with just he can be blocked. As a finishing touch unblockable pool damage thanks to daring the dawn seems strong, but vignes do it better.
Decks that use many copies of one cards aren't hurt by his special much. It start to shine against decks packing recursion, and it would be fun if Ashur's Tablets would be hosed by progeny of Ashur (Cappadocians, here named Harbringers of Skulls).
Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.
