As many as you have, unless you have a ridiculous amount. I'd say ~8, but I hadn't really thought about the version before. It seems like it is good for offense and defense(anti-bounce tech)

Only usable by a ready untapped vampire other than the acting vampire. The acting vampire's votes are doubled when the votes are tallied. Only one multiplier can be played on a vampire each action. Artist: Sam Araya At inferior Temporis, its best effect is as an Action Modifier (to cancel reactions that would screw with your votes). As a Reaction, it would require one player calling a political action and a second player playing a reaction that you didn't like, making it rather conditional. voter cap is played after the Referendum and Action are resolved but it's not a reaction card so it doesn't matter!
