From the rule book:
"The regent counts as cardinal by cards and other effects, but has an additional vote as well."
If I control a ready Regent but no other titled vampires, can I play Gurchon Hall which requires a Cardinal, but has no "reminder text" about Regents? (Would/could a methuselah's ability to play such cards be considered an "other effect"?)
If not, does it make sense to alter that rule book sentence so the card can be played??

When asking a question about a card, I recommend quoting cardtext.
When quoting cardtext, I recommend taking it from the one source: the Cardlist on vekn.net.

Ah .. Interesting.
I guess I'll fix all of these when I update the cardlist.
In the meantime, use the list I gave rather than the others (which, obviously, aren't up-to-date).
