Hi I have a doubt regarding Force of personality's effect and something like a Torrent or a Form of mist. Is the "burn 1 blood" effect carried on, or is it lost? Thanks in advance.

It's kept for the duration of the action. Force of Personality Action Modifier/Combat Presence Cost: 1 Blood [COMBAT] Strike: combat ends. [ACTION MODIFIER] Only usable as the action is announced. Vampires must burn a blood to attempt to block this action. Non-zombie allies cannot block this action. Finnish Politics!
