Gwyedd performs an undirected action. Minion A attempts to block. Gwyedd plays Tangle Atropo's Hand at tem. Is minion A tapped? Useful link:http://groups.google.com/group/rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad/msg/f8fc445de7734e84 The action hasn't reached resolution, but do any "after resolution" effect trigger? Name: Gwyedd Cardtype: Vampire Clan: Gangrel Group: 4 Capacity: 10 Discipline: tem ANI DEM FOR POT PRO Camarilla primogen: When Gwyedd is performing an undirected action, any younger vampire who attempts to block and fails is tapped after resolution. Name: Tangle Atropos' Hand Cardtype: Action Modifier Cost: 1 blood Discipline: Temporis/Potence Only usable when a minion is attempting to block. [pot] Cancel the action and untap the acting minion. (The blocking minion is not tapped.) [tem] As [pot] above, and take the action card, if any, back into your hand (discard afterward). [TEM] As [tem] above, and this vampire gets +1 stealth on his or her next action this turn. Prince of Paris, France Ratings Coordinator, Rules Director

Adonai

Not tapped. The action doesn't "resolve".

Smaul

As Adonai I also believe that they are not tapped, the "after resolution" text in Gwyedd's special, let´s it clear, and TAH cancels the action before any resolution.

Official confirmation from LSJ, if it's needed. [LSJ 20090211] > > > Is Smudge [the would-be blocker] tapped or untapped. > > Untapped. Gwyedd's ability only tries to tap Smudge after action resolution, and > Tangle cancels the action before resolution. >

Thanks.
