Hi! Can i play revelation of ecstasy on superior serpentis on a tapped minion? If i compare it to deep song, where you can enter combat even though the minion is tapped, I think I can. yes, you can. unlike Mind Numb, which specifically requires the target to be untapped.

Correct. Tapping a tapped minion as an effect works on tapped minions. Tapping a tapped minion as a cost is not something you can do.
