For 2012, someone must track the qualifier tournament results. This can be done simply, with a single thread on this forum. See the list for 2011, here: www.vekn.net/index.php/forum/10-news-and-announcements/6144 as an example. I do not intend to provide this service, someone from V:EKN must take this action if the V:EKN means to allow players that have not won tournaments to qualify for future continental championship events.

I'll do that. I posted my "volunteer application" for this in here. I've just checked and it was in the NC sub-forum. Sorry. To the point: nobody said anything against and some people hit the Thank You button, so I guess it is ok. I haven't done anything about it because it is not very relevant at the moment and I was waiting for the results of the First Chance Qualifier in Poland to start building a list with the other First Chance Qualifiers and smaller Tournaments. Most likely it will be a Sticky Post on a sub-forum here at VEKN. I'll work the details with the Admins. BTW, if people have other ideas about this, I welcome the feedback. Tiago Brum, NC Portugal

Thank you. You'll already behind, North America has already had multiple qualifiers for the 2012 events.

Brum

Yeah. Asia and Australia perhaps as well. I'll compile the list and put it up after the EC the latest. Thanks man.

And all the winners of regular constructed tournaments in those countries since the respective Continental Championships, that are in the TWD.

I can make sure that any SF bay area tournaments are reported for qualifications. I noticed in the link that was posted the year was written as 2011 instead of 2010. Our events on December 17th this year will be our qualifier and another tournament. Even if it was, this thread is 100% about the 2012 and future qualifiers, if there was anything to be said about items posted last year, any reasonable person would have complained where the problem was.

Thanks. We're figuring out where and how to present the whole list. Spent most of last week in bed and just came here for the occasional post. Cheers! Tiago
