Step 1) Download ARDB 3.1.1 . (once)
Step 2) Fix the deck2phpbb.xsl file. (once)
Step 3) Enter the deck in ARDB, and use the Export deck to phpBB option.
Step 4) Start a new thread in the Deck Clinic or the Event Reports and TWD section of the forum.
Step 5) Paste in the text from your exported file. Use the Preview Pane Below button (below Bold/Italic) to see the results before you post.
Step 6) Click on Submit.
I also usually take a few additional steps.
> Fix the 'group' label. To fit each vampire on one line and not have the table wrap those lines, I use Notepad's CTRL-H function to replace "group " with "g".
> Check Imbued ability names with the preview to ensure that it is going to display the symbols correctly, replace "vis" i.e. Vision with VSN, and "jud" with JUS.
I've attached the file for Step 2. Unzip the file to your ARDB main folder (in the same folder as the exe file) - {may need to put them in the XSL subdirectory instead, depends on OS and ARDB version installed}.

I didn't make the original changes, but I haven't been able to find the post that had it originally.
It would be great if there was a download that resolved these extra steps.
I get an error saying:

An error occured while saving (timestamp)
I'm a bit too inept at this to be able to realise what is going on.

There are 15 XSL files in my ARDB directory.
I'll zip them up and email them to you.
Unzip them into your ARDB directory (with ARDB closed), then open ARDB up and give the export another try.

This is also happening to me. One reason could be that ARDB is processing a forward slash ("/") in that filename, instead of all backslashes.
Dunno how to fix THAT though.

If you've ever upgraded, you may have XSL files in two locations.
The one I edit is in the same folder as the ARDB exe file.
I have a second XSL folder, that has another copy of it.
Probably want to make sure you have both.
Just a quick note that I have replicated this problem as well.
Adonai is correct and move files to both areas.
In the parent ARDB directory and the /xsl directory.

I agree with Juggernaut. I still get the same error with a freshly downloaded copy, with XSLs in both locations.
Here's an example from a fresh download, with no adjustments to the XSL file. Am I correct in saying that the only change is the tab stops for the crypt information?

Use that to replace the phpBB XSL file instead of trying to edit it.
Something in the pasted text was being interpreted incorrectly by the forum software.

I disagree, extrala.
Secret Library's export is a much more useful format than the plain text that people post, but it does not 'look good'. All of the text and symbols are jammed together on the left. The updated ARDB phpBB layout really makes a striking contrast to both other styles.

Just found some "bugs" with the current export to phpbb filter of ARDB.
When dealing with Imbued creeds, Visionary resolves to "vis", which the forum software recognizes as Visceratika .
Also, Judgment resolves to "jud", which is not recognized by the forum software.
