Tyler has Archon called on her and rushes. If she burns the opposing
minion via Amaranth, she untaps. This is not in the "during x do y"
format, so does this mean her special can trigger multiple times per
turn? Not the bleed/vote special... ;)

IANALSJ, but yes. No reason she can't do it more than once per turn.
Of course, she can only use the Archon rush once per turn, but she can
use a different rush, or take a diablerie action if someone's already
in torpor.

I am pretty sure it's 'yes' as well. This would be supported by some
'Tyler eats world' decks I recall seeing here around the time of her
printing.

Yes, she can. Tyler is a great vampire for Lasombra Baltimore Purge
decks featuring Moncada and Lucita as well.
