Ilomba Pack Alpha LSJ

Can I play pack alpha with an Ilomba onto another vampire? I assume not due to card text on Ilomba (to place on another meth's vampire is a +1s D action, and Pack Alpha is not an action). best - chris?

[ quoted text not captured ] A really interesting thing to note is that if you have a Ilomba already on you and you play a Pack Alpha at superior, then you get +1 strength for a blood. Sweet!
