Exactly when can I play cryptic rider? The card (an action modifier)
says that it is useable only when a vote is successful.
So does this mean...
A) That I play it AFTER the votes are counted and end up in my favor?
B) That I play it before voting begins and use it if the vote passes,
otherwise the vampire just lost a blood.
C) Something else...?
