(LSJ) A few questions on Bloodlines

Hi! I've got a few questions regarding a few cards in the new Bloodlines expansion. 1) If Reg Driscoll equips with a Leather Jacket, and moves it to another vampire, does this count as that vampire equipping the Leather Jacket? In other words, does Reg, the other vampire or both vampires untap at the end of the turn? 2) It says on the Winnowers text that she can burn a vampire in my preys uncontrolled region as a D action that costs X blood, where X is the number of counters on that vampire. Does this mean that I can burn a vampire in my preys uncontrolled region that doesn't have any blood whatsoever on it, for the expendable cost of 0 blood? 3) If I play Withering in combat, can the target vampire use Disciplines to prevent damage? 4) More of a "coming attractions" question, but will WW release any more Bloodline Discipline cards? The reason for this is Marconius "special ability" that lowers the cost of all cards that require Mytherceria by 1... the problem being that there's but _1_ card (Darkling Trickery) that actually costs blood. 5) Dumbass question really, but related to the one above. I feel pretty sure that Kyasid cards don't count as Mytherceria cards, but does Marconius ability lower the cost of these as well? (Would atleast be useful then...) 6) Example: There has been a Bribes played before votes are cast and both I and my predator controls a Priscus. What votes count for the Bribes? Lets say that I vote for the referendum, while my predator votes against it, leaving the Prisci block undecided. Do I count as voting "for" the referendum at large? What happens if I vote for (with another vampire), but two other Prisci votes are cast against the referendum? Does my Priscus count as voting _against_ the referendum because the block voted? Thanks in advance - Andrew

Individual Prisci are counted as voting whichever way they cast their own vote, not the way the Prisci block votes. -- James Coupe "Never give in to them," she whispered. (Though > damage is still being handle.) The strike is still resolving - damage resolution is part of strike resolution - but the other effects (like not being able to play Discipline cards) are already applied before moving on to damage prevention and healing, correct. > >5) Dumbass question really, but related to the one above. Still, his point that Marconius' special is mostly useless holds. More so, if fact, as Darkling Trickery is a great card (actually got to use the superior today against a friend's Ravnos deck), while Steal the Mind is a little bit more limited, and Basilisk's Touch isn't entirely helpful in the kind of deck that you usually include Kiasyd in (i.e. you'd prefer to avoid combat, or else end it as quickly as possible without spending too much blood). On the other hand, Marconius has 7 points of Disciplines (and very well distributed, at that) plus being an Archbishop with +1 hand damage at 9 capacity means that his special only really costs him half a point.

Not entirely. I think the Kiasyd are suited very well for bruise bleed with OBT and MYT combat cards, though I'd rather fight at long range in such a deck. Basilisk's Touch does have it's use. It's always nice to give a POT deck a good reason NOT to play IG... Fanboy

For me, more importantly, it means you can try to outclass "Disarm". Even if the dedicated POT/CEL combat deck tries to do twelve damage then disarm (or similar), all it takes is one from you, and you can make that three or four if you want.
