Hm... no. If any action is blocked, combat ensues. This is the
result of blocking, though, and the action is considered unsuccessful.
A successful Bum's Rush action, however, causes one minion to enter
combat with another (card text from Bum's Rush) - NOT as a result of
blocking, though. This doesn't have anything at all to do with
blocking, so if you choose not to block the Bum's Rush, the damage
will not be aggravated. You could even Freak Drive with inferior
Fortitude after a successful (unblocked) Bum's Rush.
